Remember in the previous post, I said I didn't buy anything, and it didn't last more than one day?
yes, went 1u again on sunday after meeting up with the girls on saturday....
this time, *countsmoney* I spent quite a bit, a BIG bit...despite the fact that I've been telling myself I will not buy anything anymore...
haiyooo but every corner of the mall has the big word, SALE
how to resist you tell me????

anyways, after buying some stuff
went to makan....
You know I'm such an Asam Laksa fan....if I see that shop got Asam Laksa, I wont think twice and just go in...so the spotted restaurant was Little Cravings @ LG Floor
which actually is sort of like, upgrade version of Nyonya Colors, run by Nyonya Colors as well...
I was thinking how this two shops can be so similar at first....
but of course the location is better coz it's a shop lot, quite well decorated one summore...

Snack first
Cucur Udang - RM2.40
Like this, very crunchy and strong shirmp flavor
one was definitely not enough!

Penang Asam Laksa - RM9.80

not bad...the fish is delicious

love the crunchy onions and pineapples

but the soup is a bit too spicy for me

anyways, the ambience was good, though it can be a lil bit crowded
there's air con so I dun have to worry about sweating too much after having Asam Laksa.

couldn't resist to buy it..
we tried out several brands that had this magnetic nail polish, such as Etude House, Bloop and Sasa
but this one had the best polish and fastest results
for others, I had to wait for at least more than 30 seconds before the pattern comes out...
this one was super fast!! around 10 seconds (just as stated on the packaging)
plus the magnet has 3 patterns unlike others which only had one
 plus the sales assistant was very kind, she let us tried all the colors available...
how to resist u tell me?
well the polish was very smooth and easy to apply, n i checked it was made in USA and the brand is China Glaze LOL
but the magnet is indeed made in China haha

Realize I've been buying a lot of Korean brand products recently...

On the left : The Egg soap and the two masks were from Holika Holika
centre : Tangerine Lip Color and Pumpkin Mask(gift from cousin) from Etude House
Right : Volume up lip gloss and Jeju Face Mist from The Face Shop
apart from the mask, which I havent use
others are like my fave items now..
I use the egg soap everyday, and it really helps in preventing blackheads
The mist is really nice...refreshing and helps to set make-up so that it last longer
Pink Lip Gloss, fell in love with the color.
Tangerine lip color is the best, now in my bag, use it whenever i go.

really feel like make up does wonders...

all my ugly whiteheads gone heehee

but it's so troublesome larr... :(

My gosh I LOVE IT!!! now I know why people would be willing to pay 5 bucks for such a small little puff that is probably just made out of flour and eggs.

My gosh I love the Starbucks over there, it's like a balcony. But too bad it was raining, had no choice but to stay inside.

Anyways, I prefer Toffee Nut Latte over the Cranberry Mocha, less sweet :D

woohoo, IKEA'S Curry Puff!! One dozen for RM11

my cousin was stunned when I say I'm gonna buy one dozen. One dozen is seriously not enough for 5 of us, 10 of them were gone in less than half an hour. the other 2, bye bye in the next hour.

DIY Lip Balm

woohoo, something that I always wanted to do. Lip Balm. Basically it's the easiest thing to do, yet it has so many functions and the raw materials are quite affordable :D

 Sweet Almond Oil, Beeswax and Honey

Bought the Almond Oil, Natural Beeswax and the Beaker from Beauty360 at beauty360degrees.com

 Added Vitamin E as well

Basically, I had my own way of doing it after refering to different websites (and also after many failures).

6 - 7 parts of Oil to 1 part of Beeswax 

A Little bit of Honey will do because honey doesn't mix well.

1 capsule of Vitamin E as preservative.

 

 Melt the beeswax and oil in microwave or in my case, in water bath.

Remove from heat and add in the honey and the contents of the Vitamin E capsule.

Mix well and ta-dah

See, my 1st try, the honey didn't mix, so it couldn't harden. 

Then the 2nd time, still the same problem.

Then 3RD TIME!!

My gosh I almost cried. Maybe I was rushing, I accidentally spill the contents into the water. Haizzzzz I used twice the amount of raw materials, hoping to finish in one shot. But clearly, the faster you want, the slower you get. 

The sad thing is not because I failed, but because I have to wash everything and My Goodness they are all wax and oils. So freaking hard to wash off. And the more i touch things, the more oily my kitchen gets. There's nothing that can wash off the oils except my Make-up Remover. Use almost half of the bottle to clean the wax and oils on the sink, the boiler, the beaker. Used super a lot of kitchen towel as well. TT.TT

Thank God, I made it at the 4th time!!! and the Oil was just enough to make 10 lip balms.

Apparently, my friend suggested to call my lip balm brand JIAPHORA as in like Sephora LMAO

Basically, it's a very moisturizing lip balm because it has both Sweet Almond Oil and Honey, plus Vitamin E that heals wound. After my short "clinical trial", the balm really softens my lips, as in really soft. and a few days later, you can feel the moisture and there's less chapping.

Yay!! Feel so good, to do something I like and sharing it with others at the same time! Hope you guys will like it :D

It was the Awesome-est night! I repeat, Awesome-est! Everything was awesome over there, awesome costumes, awesome deco, awesome performances and awesome MUSIC and DANCE MOVES!!

I was dancing and sweating like crazy that night and I was so freaking worried about my mascara smudging my face, but things were too fun that I didn't bother to check LOL

But by the time I went home, I didn't see panda eyes or didn't-sleep-for-5-days eyes. 

Which simply proves that this mascara is awesome mannn.... hehe....

Anyways, the whole event was simply awesome.

I bet everyone was having a good time.

I wasn't going to dance, but I had to, in order to sell the glow sticks LOL

and Yea I was holding a bunch of glow sticks in my hand and started waving them around like an idiot haha...
