Back to School Shopping

School started yesterday...
really wanted to blog bout my feelings immediately but sadly...
My comp broke down due to overnight usage the night before school reopens.
So yesterday was very fast....
excited to see all my friends again....
and I'm still getting use to being called as a Form 5

(I almost ran to the hall when I heard the announcement for Form 4's to gather in the hall)

(I still write 4 Bunga Raya as my class on the "class" column)

(I wrote 4/1/09 on almost every page)

(I almost passed up my homework to my ex-monitor today)

Anyways....
our teachers started teaching today
and finally there is an Add Maths lesson from Mr. Amara that I can fully understand!!
and I'm very very happy about it.
but when he got started about his own stories...
my eyelids were struggling to open.
Then Bio was next
I got a feeling we will be pretty slow but the teacher's really good....
she taught everything in detail.... Happy...
so then after recess was Program Maju Diri in Hall
we were doing all the survey questions for determining our future careers...
and I scored the highest in 3 (Arts, Conventional and Science) area....
so these question didn't really help after all....

afternoon....
Went to Add maths tuition...
as usual, add maths tuition was fun and happy
with our very lame teacher and insulting-pro students!! =)
then went to Campap Superstore for some Back to School Shopping
and bought lotza stuff....
very cheap!!

I realize I didn't scrub the inner side of the straps...
they are still very dirty now,
but you can't see it!! =)

I'm buying books for no reason.......

Went to the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale in Amcorp mall yesterday nite
I haven't been to Amcorp mall for more than a year i guess
but i thought that place was better than last time
More boutiques and nice place to have supper or minum kopi or yumcha
anyways, went to the sale coz they were selling books at 5 bucks each
it was the last day of their sale...so they were trying to clear up stock
so at first i didn't really wanna buy coz i din see anything I wanted
and i left the place with my mom to jalan-jalan around the mall
then my dad called me

Dad: Ooi, U don't wanna get some books arr??
Me : Not really, too much of them and I didn't find anything I wanted
Lots of Novels wor.....
It's okay la, I don't want....
Just come and get some la. It's 5 bucks only, You can Throw IT Away If you Don't Like....

I was pretty shock to hear my dad say that
coz he's the don't-waste-your-money-for-no-reason type of man
so i went up again
I grabbed six books without looking at the titles
and then I realize 3 of them are Vampire-related books
OMG, I'm pretty sick of Vampire tales edi
I've read The Twilight Saga(which is the best)
then I simply read through Marked from House of Night from my comp
and then I just started to read City of Bones of The 3 Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare (which I planned to buy the book)
I know there is this Vampire Diaries series.....
Vampire tales are everywhere!!
Just like what my father said,
I plan to ignore them forever if I find the first chapter boring
but I think it's still pretty worth it,
I bought 6 books with the normal price of 1 book
I'm sure there will be at least one interesting book...

Yes, Finished my first book in the hols!!

The Choice by Nicholas Sparks....
which I bought it in MPH warehouse sale in March for 15 bucks only
yea, I didn't really have time to read it
but after reading A Walk to Remember also by Sparks
and Esther the die-hard fan of Nicholas Sparks reading his books all the time
I told myself I must read this book....hehe

I finished it in 4 days time,
to be accurate, i would say i finished it in 10 hours
Coz i spent almost two hours a day reading this book
and i've been reading this book from 9am till noon this morning...
And tears streamed across my whole face when i was reading the climax and the ending
There was tears of melancholy during the climax
and in the end, tears of Joy!!
I thought this book was really good, and heart gripping

okay, I'll just talk bout the story concisely from what i've read,
Well It's about A really hot bachelor, with good job, money, house,personality and of course good looks...who had not find true love in his life
and then he meets this young woman, Gabby-which already had a boyfriend-that seems to click with him, so they struggled in their relationships and later they got married
When they thought they were living the best part of their lives with each other
Mistakes happened, and that led to an Accident, and the Accident tested both of them
And Travis, the husband, have to make a really vital yet heartbreaking choice.....

yea that's about it,
I know Sparks' book is gonna be tragic but still I can't stop myself from feeling heartbroken after the accident,
Everything happened in a sudden
just like waking u up in the middle of your sweetest dreams
coz everything was perfect and romantic and sparkles and all.....
Then it was a really dark time, really sad for me,
I cried a lot eventhough I know the ending was a happy one
Especially when he said "Goodbye, Sweetheart."
yea, the tears just kept leaking and flowing and they didn't stop until the happy ending shows up...
the second book of Nicholas Sparks that made me cried.......

The first book of Nicholas Sparks that I read,
A Walk To Remember
Again, it's tragic at the climax
Everything was so nice and smooth and sweet
then suddenly the nightmare comes
then I can't help but cried at the event
another heart-gripping book =)

Staring Mandy Moore and Shane West
I cried a lot too when I was watching the movie
And please listen to the music in this movie

Sick Sunday

Everyone was kinda sick today
I still have endless phlegm in my throat.
My parents have light flu
but it was enough to make them go frustrated and totally irritable for the entire day!!
I asked to go for MPH's book fest but they weren't in a good mood
and it was raining so they just ignored me....
and I was pretty upset coz i really wanted to buy some books
but now, i'm not anymore
coz i just know that
There will be a Big Bad Wolf Books Sale
many had been anticipating this sale
the books will be cheaper than MPH's sale......

So I was stucked in the house today
and finished watching Rosy Business this morning
and Oh my God, this Hong Kong series is one of the best I had ever seen
The story is really interesting and everything was so close to our daily lives
though the setting is in the Ching Dynasty
but all the conflicts still happened in these modern days.....
The problems between boss and employees, horrible government "ministers", business challenges, humanity and money....bla bla bla....
It's really awesome....

Love it!!!

I was bored and looking for sumthin to do
So.....i decided to paint my nails
I had been pretty lazy bout it
but I really had nothing to do
so why not paint my kinda-discolored-toe-and-finger-nails
Choosing the color....
I actually read this page in a magazine when i was in a clinic (got serious flu that day)
and I snap this page down as reference since i actually have similar nail colors
so I'm basically going towards Modern Romantic style for this holiday......=)

I chose the nude pink(SkinFood) for my finger nails
since i don't like to see crazy colors while i'm playing my piano
and the deep purple(EtudeHouse) for my toenails
coz this fall-winter season's color is PURPLE!!
